Housing For All

Bridging the Gap and Housing
Affordability

Our mission is to create pathways to stable living for families and individuals through advocacy, partnership, and direct assistance.

WHO WE ARE

Our Mission

At Trinity Homes, we believe that housing is the bedrock of dignity and opportunity. Our work is dedicated to building sustainable, energy-efficient communities that provide not just a roof, but a foundation for long-term stability and empowerment. We prioritize support for those who have served and those in need, ensuring our impact is felt for generations. Because no one who works hard should be unable to afford a place to call home.

Because no one who works hard should be unable to afford a place to call home.

THE PROBLEM

America's Missing Middle

The "Missing Middle" is a term used to describe a range of multi-unit or clustered housing types that are compatible in scale with single-family homes. These housing types are often sought after but are increasingly difficult to find, creating a significant gap in the housing market.

Government Subsidies

THOSE Stuck in the Middle

Market Rent
AS A RESULT

Government Subsidies Strict income caps and years-long waitlists mean only a fraction of families receive help—leaving many still one crisis away from losing their home.

Luxury & Single-Family Market High-end and single-family developments raise rents across the board, pushing local workers farther from jobs, schools, and support networks.

Families are forced to choose between affordability and quality of life.

The Forgotten Workforce Hardworking families and veterans earn “too much” for aid but can’t keep up with rising rents—this is where Trinity Homes, with donor support, steps in.
