Director of Real Estate & Acquisition
Identifies and evaluates properties, land opportunities, and available market rentals so new housing options can be created or secured where they are needed most. This role drives site acquisition, negotiates lease structures, and builds relationships with local landlords to rapidly expand our inventory of attainable workforce housing.
Linda Passaro
Director of Community Partnerships & Development
Builds strategic alliances with employers, nonprofits, faith communities, and local leaders to mobilize resources and expand housing stability initiatives. This role spearheads collaborative community networks, coordinates cross-sector resources, and engages local stakeholders to advocate for and invest in attainable housing solutions for our workforce.

Leads the Foundation’s vision, fundraising initiatives, and long‑term strategy so working individuals, families, and veterans can access stable, affordable housing in the communities they call home. This role drives our core mission forward, forging strategic partnerships and expanding our impact to ensure everyone has a safe, attainable place to live.
Joseph Segar
Director of Property Management & Operations
Advises on day‑to‑day housing operations and property maintenance so buildings remain safe, modern, and supportive of long‑term resident stability. This role oversees facility management, implements proactive maintenance protocols, and collaborates closely with on-site teams to ensure our properties deliver an exceptional, stable, and welcoming living environment for every family.
Robert Benvenisti
Director of Fundraising & Philanthropy
Leads fundraising campaigns, donor engagement, and capital development so the Foundation can expand financial assistance, reach more households, and sustain its mission over time. This role cultivates relationships with private donors, corporate sponsors, and philanthropic foundations, securing the vital investments needed to scale our housing solutions and deepen our community impact.

Safeguards the Foundation’s financial health through meticulous budgeting, financial reporting, and fiscal oversight. This role manages capital allocation, ensures maximum transparency with donor funds, and guarantees that every dollar raised is efficiently used to build, secure, and sustain affordable housing for the communities we serve.

Director of Advocacy & Housing
Leads resident advocacy, community outreach, and housing placement strategies to ensure working families and veterans have stable, supportive housing from day one. This role serves as the primary liaison between our residents and the foundation, coordinating supportive resources, guiding applicants through the placement process, and ensuring every family has the tools they need to thrive long-term.

Guides health and wellness partnerships so residents can access comprehensive healthcare, counseling, and recovery support that make long-term housing stability sustainable. This role coordinates with local care providers, develops wellness programming, and ensures our families have the vital mental and physical health resources necessary to thrive and maintain a stable home life.
